Requesting Proposals - Kihapai Affordable Rental Housing

The City and County of Honolulu is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms who meet the qualifications described herein to enter into a ground lease and real estate development contract for the design, financing, construction and operation of an independent housing rental project on City-owned land that will provide the majority of the units at affordable income levels of no more than 80% of area median income (AMI).

The Project involves the redevelopment of vacant City-owned property into an affordable rental housing project with parking, and consists of approximately 24,593 square feet of land located at 734 and 735 Kihapai Place, identified as Tax Map Key (1) 4-3-058: 065, 066.
