VOTER REGISTRATION REPORTS
Hawaii’s voter registration data is an electronic file available for purchase, for election purposes only. No phone numbers, birth dates or Social Security numbers are provided.
Applications are only reviewed upon receipt of checks and a disk with the electronic file is usually ready for pick up at our office, about a week or two after submittal of the application. If you would prefer to have the disk mailed to you, please submit a postage paid envelope.
Some registered service bureaus are able to provide data processing services, campaign products and mailing services for a fee. The Office of the City Clerk makes no endorsement or warranties, either directly or implied, of any product or service that may be offered by companies on this listing.
VOTER CERTIFICATE
Proof of voter registration is available through a Voter Certificate.
A Voter Certificate may be issued to a properly registered voter at our main office location at Honolulu Hale. The cost of the certificate is $5.00 and an I.D. will be requested at the time of purchase. Please call first to confirm your voter registration status.
CERTIFIED COPY OF VOTER REGISTRATION
A certified copy of your voter registration form on file in the Office of the City Clerk is available for $5.00. A certified copy of voter registration is available only at our main office location at Honolulu Hale.
