Under the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA), the Oahu Workforce Development Board designated WorkHawaii as the lead for the consortium that operates the American Job Center Hawaii. Other consortium members include the State of Hawaii and ALU LIKE. They provide direct services to Businesses, Job Seekers, and Youth. The Oahu Workforce Development Board oversees the American Job Center Hawaii through a partnership with the Mayor.
