The American Job Center Hawaii (formerly Oahu WorkLinks) is a one-stop center that provides free employment training services to job seeks and assists employers who are looking to hire or train employees. The American Job Center of Hawaii is operated by the City and County of Honolulu and overseen by the Oahu Workforce Development Board
