Registration is now open to be a candidate or voter. To register online or view candidates visit: https://web5.hnl.info/nbe.
Below you can find the timeline and paper registration forms. To register by mail, print out the form you want then mail to:

- 925 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 160
- Honolulu, Hawaii 96817
Paper forms must be postmarked by February 21, 2025 and received at the Neighborhood Commission Office by February 28, 2025, 4:30 p.m.
Walk-In registration is available by visiting us at 925 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 160. Monday to Friday excluding holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Registration closes on Friday, February 21, 2025, 4:30 p.m.
Candidates are advised to contact the Neighborhood Commission Office at 768-3710 to confirm their Candidacy Declaration Form has been received and verified, or to check online at https://web5.hnl.info/nbe/candidate-profiles. Please wait 4 to 5 business days for any forms filed by mail.
2025-2027 Neighborhood Board Elections Timeline:
- Friday, December 20, 2024: Election begins, candidate registration form required to be released
- Friday, February 21, 2025: Voter and Candidate Registration Deadlines
- Friday, February 28, 2025: Deadline for Voter and Candidate forms postmarked no later than Friday, February 21, 2025 to be received
- Friday, April 25, 2025: Voting begins; Passcodes mailed out
- Friday, May 16, 2025: Voting ends
- Friday, May 23, 2025: Deadline for ballots postmarked no later than Monday, May 19, 2025 to be received
