Mahalo for your interest in participating in the City’s recreational community gardening program! Here’s how to sign up:

1. 1. Look at the table on the Garden List page to learn about and choose a community garden.
   2. Fill out the form below (you may select multiple gardens of interest but only one plot is allowed per person when assigned). Your response will be sent to the community garden coordinator who then forwards each request to the volunteer officers at your garden(s) of choice. Your interest will be recorded by volunteers on a first-come first-served basis.
   3. Volunteer officers will follow up with instructions on how to apply to their specific community garden. Many gardens require that you attend their in-person meetings, and some have closed sign-ups due to lengthy waitlists. The bulletin boards located at the community gardens often share meeting and waitlist information.
