Report a Concern

Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Reports can be submitted to representatives via online Problem Reports, by email, telephone call, or letter.

All reports received will be reviewed to verify that issues reported are within the jurisdiction of the City and County of Honolulu. Reports referred to city departments for follow-up will require research and investigation and a reply may take 10 business days. In some cases, investigation and response may require more than 10 business days

Abandoned or derelict vehicles  
Note: Please have the vehicle’s description (make, model, color, etc.), license number, and location address or intersecting streets available when placing a call.

Sidewalks
If the area from the curb (or road edge in the case of unimproved sidewalk setback) to the private property line shows evidence of being cracked, uplifted, blocked by overgrowth, obstruction (other than by vehicles which Honolulu Police Department handles via 911), or hole, call the Building Division, Department of Planning and Permitting at (808) 768-8120.

Golf Courses
To report a concern about a municipal golf course, please call Golf Course Administration, Department of Enterprise Services, at (808) 768-7203.

Park Maintenance
