Loading Zone and Waikiki Supplemental Permits

Application for Loading and Bus Stops Zone Permit and Supplemental Permit are available at Satellite City Halls or may be requested by calling (808) 768-9700. Applications must be submitted to a Satellite City Hall or may be mailed to:

Loading and Bus Stop Zone Permit

Applicants must have:
  • Verification of registered owner.
  • Current registration and vehicle information (license number, make, type, VIN number, address)
  • A completed Commercial Loading Zone Application (CS-L (SS)13).  

The permit expires on December 31 of the year in which it is issued. Application for permit renewal for the following year may be made on and after the first day of December.

The annual permit fee is $60 and $10 for the decal. The permit fee is prorated on a monthly basis for applications of less than one year. A replacement decal will cost $10.

Supplemental Permit Required For Transportation Management Special Improvement District

Trucks and tour vehicles that use freight curb loading zones or bus stops in a Transportation Management Special Improvement District (TMSID) must have both a valid loading zone permit and a new supplemental permit.

Applicants must have:
  • Verification of registered owner
  • Current registration and vehicle information (license number, make, type, VIN number, address)
  • A completed TMSID application form.
