- Open 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. weekdays (holidays excluded)
- Same-Day service by appointment only at AlohaQ.org
- Appointments open a week ahead of date
- Must provide active dealer license number at time of transaction
- Two transactions allowed per appointment
- Two appointments per dealer location per day
- Park in the big lot with automatic ticket dispenser
- Check in with security guard in main lobby of Kapalama Hale
- Appointments limited to
- New car registration
- Duplicate title / Registration
- Plate / Emblem replacement
- Renewals
- Ownership transfer
- Transaction payments limited to cash or checks only
- Dealers may still drop off additional transactions
