  • Downtown, Hawaii Kai , Pearlridge, and Windward City offer this service for U.S. citizens and immigrants with permanent legal status (“green card” holders); non-U.S. citizens including COFA/FAS citizens must report to a full-service driver licensing center for this service

  • No driver’s license services at Ala Moana, Kapalama, Kapolei, Waianae or Wahiawa satellite city halls


    • State ID Renewal & Duplicate

  • Real Property Tax Payment & Exemptions

  • TheBus HOLO card, initial and reload (no HOLO card service at Ala Moana)

  • Vehicle junking, storage

    • Cash, Credit or Debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo, or Check drawn on U.S. funds made payable to City and County of Honolulu are accepted at all Satellite City Halls and Driver Licensing Centers except Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Vehicle Registration Office.

    *Please Note: A service fee of 2.35% of the total credit/debit card payment will be assessed.
