Hard copies of all documents can be found at the Municipal Reference Center.
Archived City Legislation: The Office of the City Clerk’s Council Information and Records section processes and indexes all bills, resolutions, related communications and testimony submitted by the City Council, City administration, and general public.
Other Archived City Documents: The Municipal Reference Center houses publications issued by and for the City and County of Honolulu agencies.
