All dialogue at the meeting will be conducted by use of the microphone. Those joining the meeting on WebEx are reminded to mute their speakers until they wish to be recognized by the Chair. Anyone not following these rules will be ruled out of order by the Chair. Those providing Presentations to the Board are encouraged to do so via a PowerPoint presentation, with a projector and provide handouts for the board and the community. The public concerns and comments are limited to three (3) minutes each. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless allowed for under HRS 92. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (5) of this 9- member Board is required to meet quorum requirements.

A. The next Mililani Mauka/Launani Valley Neighborhood Board No.35 will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Mililani Mauka Elementary School and via WebEx.

Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Budget Planning. Suggestions for projects in the Neighborhood Board district and adjacent areas are welcome at any time to prepare for planning actions and the next fiscal year.
A mailing list is maintained for interested persons and agencies to receive this board’s agenda and minutes.
