Can I get Real Property Tax Assessment information from DDC-Land Division?

No. Property tax information is prepared by the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Real Property Assessment Division. DDC-Land Division provides services in connection with the acquisition of property required for City related projects only. Services provided by the DDC-Land Division are unrelated to real property tax assessments.

Who can I call for road ownership information?

You can call the DDC-Land Division at 808-768-8725. The ownership information is deemed to be reasonably accurate but is not guaranteed. The only information that can be provided is whether the road is owned by the City, State, or private. The specific name(s) of private owners is not available. When calling, provide the specific location of the portion of road in question.
