The responsibilities and breadth of subject matter members of the Honolulu City Council face are numerous and sometimes cover very complex subject matter. From time to time, the City Council may seek advice and guidance from a group of individuals – community members, industry experts and members of the Mayor’s administration to solve a variety of issues.
