DUTIES SUMMARY: This position receives on-the-job training in the Legal Clerk job series and works under close supervision. Performs routine and standardized legal clerical work preparing and processing legal forms, documents, and related materials in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures; and performs other duties as required. The position applies knowledge of general clerical work, office procedures and processes; abilities to process large volumes of assignments under constant time constraints and deadlines, prioritize and organize work, follow verbal and written instructions; and use skills in the competent operation of a personal computer, software applications, reading comprehension, and time management.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school, and one year of clerical experience.
