Follow-up: Recommendation from Report No. 20-01, Audit of DPP's Process for Reviewing Building Permit Applications
The audit reviewed the 16 recommendations made to DPP in January 2020. We found 4 recommendations were completed, 2 were resolved, 5 are in-process, 1 has not start, and 4 recommendations were dropped.

We made 5 recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of future programs. aligning with the community's demand for transparency and accountability in public administration.
Department of Design and Construction's Implementation of the City Capital Improvement Program, Resolution 22-233
We made 6 recommendations to improve the department's oversight of the CIP process to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Select Management Issues Impacting the City's Ability to Effectively Hire and Sustain Its Workforce
DHR and city agencies did not meet four hiring and selection performance benchmarks, but improvements were made.
