The audit reviewed the 9 recommendations to the Department of Park and Recreations in June 2020. We found 6 recommendations are completed, 2 are in process, and 1 is not started.
This year’s survey includes questions about the quality of life, city services, policies and management of the City and County of Honolulu, as well as opinions on issues pertinent to Oahu residents. The online survey will be available to all Oahu residents through January 7, 2025.
The audit reviewed the 8 recommendations made to the Department of Enterprise Services in November 2020. We found 4 recommendations are completed, 1 is resolved, 2 are in process, and 1 is dropped.
The audit reviewed effectiveness of the commission's systems, including their complaint procedures system, and other policies, procedures, rules, and controls for oversight and review of the Honolulu Police Commission.
The results of the 2023 National Community Survey is now available! An interactive version of the report can be accessed online.

All City and County of Honolulu residents are encouraged to participate in the 2024 National Community Survey. Click here to access the online survey. The link will be available through January 7, 2025.
The National Community Survey was mailed to a random sample of 3,000 O`ahu residents. We encourage Oahu residents to participate in this survey and have your voice heard on important issues facing the City and County of Honolulu. An online open participation survey will also be available and announced later this month.
