b. Tipsy Pig II: Reckless Speeding, Excessive Noise, Observance by Nice Neighborhoods Committee, Honolulu Police Department (HPD), and Honolulu Liquor Commission.
c. 1111 South Beretania Street, First Hawaiian Bank Makiki Banking Center: Homeless encampments, illegal drug activities, hygienic concerns, Negative Impact on business and customers. Followup meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2025.

a. 1427 Ernest Street, next meeting with neighborhood residents is scheduled for Saturday, 3/1/25, 9 am.
b. 1111 South Beretania Street, homeless encampments, illegal drugs, hygienic concerns, negative impact on business and customers. Followup with onsite meeting with Nice Neighborhoods Committee, business management and HPD on Thursday, 3/13/25, 8am.

a. 1011 Palm Drive, Tipsy Pig II concerns, reckless driving & speeding, excessive noise, discussion with HOD and Honolulu Liquor Commission reps.
