Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Makiki/Lower Punchbowl/Tantalus Neighborhood Board No.10 Nice Neighborhoods Committee is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. online via WEBEX and an in-person location at 1314 Victoria Street, The Coronet Condominium Community Access Lane.

1. Call to Order at 2:02 pm
2. Approval of 10/28/24 Meeting Minutes: APPROVED
3. Committee Concerns from Previous Meeting
a. Makiki Laundromat: Safety concerns. Lynn Robinson from CM Dos Santos Tam office reported her findings and will be speaking with injured customer.
b. 1011 Palm Drive: Harris shared video taken on Saturday, 11/23/24. Nancy Depicolzuane shared her ongoing concerns. Lynn Robinson will be following up with Nancy to advance her concerns to HPD, DPP, and the Liquor Commission. And address concerns of outdoor drinking, speeding, reckless driving and excessive noise.

a. Lindsay Chambers and Deb Uemura: Resolution to be presented to full board meeting in January for NO PARKING on Beretania Street to look into solutions connected with traffic on mauka side heading into Chick-Fil-A drive thru.
6. Next Meeting: January 27, 2025, 2 PM online via WebEx and in-person location to be at 1314 Victoria Street community access.
