Speakers are allowed two and one half (2.5) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

VII. WAIKĪKĪ IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION – RICK EGGED
Presentation to update Waikiki Neighborhood on Commercial Events that impact the community. The board will not vote on the presentation.

VIII. NEW BOARD BUSINESS
a. Waikiki Business Improvement District Association (WBIDA) Waikiki Update/Safe and Sound Update – Trevor Abarzua and City Prosecutor Steve Alm, this presentation may take at least 30 minutes with questions and answers from board and residents.
b. Honolulu City Council, Bill 50, reducing the number of street festivals held on Kalakaua Avenue.
c. The Sunshine Law, as it applies to the Neighborhood Boards. Request for public input and discussion on a proposal to exempt the Neighborhood Boards from the Sunshine Law –Misakian
