File a Complaint

The Honolulu Liquor Commission reviews and responds to all complaints received from the community related to liquor establishments.  You may file an anonymous complaint.  However, if you want an update on your complaint, you must provide your name and either a phone number or email address.

Members of the public can file a complaint by calling our 24-hour complaint line at (808) 768-7363 and leaving a message.  Or, by completing our fillable PDF Complaint Form (LIQ-ENF-801) and emailing it to liquor@honolulu.gov.

Visit our office at 711 Kapiolani Blvd., Suite 600 during office hours.

If you’d like an investigator to follow-up with you regarding the status of your complaint, please leave your name and contact information.

If you provided your contact information, allow a minimum of five (5) business days for confirmation your complaint was received.  If more than five (5) business days have passed since you filed your complaint, please call and leave a message.

Complaints can be filed anonymously, unless you’d like an investigator to follow-up with you regarding the status of your complaint.  If you do leave your name and contact information, an investigator may contact you to gather more details about the reason for your complaint.
