Parkway Village at Kapolei offers affordable housing options with income restrictions based on the Area Median Income (AMI). Please refer to the table below to determine the maximum household income allowed for our 30% and 60% AMI units.

Important Dates:
- Deadline for completed waitlist applications: Accepting Completed Waitlist Applications July 15th– August 13, 2024. *Applications received prior to July 15th will not be considered.
- Lottery Drawing: August 19, 2024
- Anticipated move-in date: December 2024/January 2025
- How to Apply: You can submit your completed waitlist applications online, mail, email, or in person beginning July 15th, but no later than August 13th by 5:00pm HST.

Request a Waitlist Application:
If you need a waitlist application mailed to you, please email us at leasing@parkwayvillageskapolei.com and provide your name and mailing address. Please expect a 5-7 business day turnaround for receiving your application.
PLEASE NOTE: Multiple waitlist applications will not be accepted. After our initial lottery, we will reopen the waitlist for new applications based on availability.
Ensuring Equity through a Lottery System
To ensure equity in our leasing process, we are using a lottery system for waitlist applications. After the application deadline, each application will randomly be assigned an application number through a lottery drawing. This process determines the order in which applicants will proceed with the affordable program paperwork and rental application before move-in.
