The City and County of Honolulu are partnering with the Military Spouse Professional Network to offer a Resume Writing and Resource Empowerment Session at no cost for military spouses. The session will be held at the WorkHawaiʻi Division office in the Dole Cannery Office Building, Suite 700, on Wednesday, September 25, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
While at the WorkHawaiʻi office, session participants can work on their resumes, access Division laptops, and Wi-Fi for job search, and explore career development programs and resources available, including tuition assistance for certification programs, internships, and other career counseling. Two-hour parking is available in the Costco parking lot.
“WorkHawaiʻi is dedicated to supporting military spouses who bring valuable skills like adaptability, leadership, and resilience to the workforce,” said WorkHawaiʻi Administrator Leinaʻala Nakamura. “Together, we’ll empower you to turn those strengths into exciting career opportunities!”
