o Review and approval of the regular meeting minutes from Thursday, October 17, 2024.
b. Alternative Meeting Venues Discussion
o Consider alternative locations for future board meetings
c. Hawaiian Electric Pole Replacement Notification
o Notification received regarding a utility pole replacement at 943 Hunakai Street. Hawaiian Electric has informed the board and nearby residents, with the option to request a waiver/exemption. No board action is required, but members are welcome to contact Hawaiian Electric for additional information.
d. Traffic Study on Kilauea Avenue Proposal
o Discussion on the traffic study related to the “Complete Streets” proposal for potential expansion of Kilauea Avenue.
e. Division of Aquatic Resources Presentation
o Presentation by Aquatic Biologist Jake Reichard from the State of Hawai‘i Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR) on the proposed expansion of the Maunalua Bay artificial reef site. The presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session if time permits.
f. Kahala Wastewater Pump Station Improvement Project
o Presentation by Timothy Choi from The Limtiaco Consulting Group, in partnership with the City and County of Honolulu Department of Environmental Services (ENV) and APB Construction, on the upcoming improvement project for the Kahala wastewater pump station near the Wai‘alae Country Club. The project is scheduled to begin in early January, and this presentation will inform the community and answer questions.

25-foot fence – [0:44:35]: Resident Nicolay returned to the meeting to bring updates on the 25-foot fence on 949 Kealaolu Place and request the Department of Planning and Permitting to remove the unpermitted fence.

Presentation: Annual Heart Walk – [0:58:21]: Alicia Huliganga from the American Heart Association announced their Heart Walk Event on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Kapiʻolani Regional Park. There will be one lane closure, the walk will start at 7:30 a.m. and cleared up by 11:30 a.m., and the event will be free to attend.
