I. CALL TO ORDER – [0:00:05]: Committee Chair Melendrez called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
Committee Members Present: Mahealani Bernal, Steven Melendrez, Larry Veray, and Claire Tamamoto (6:14 p.m.).
Committee Members Absent: Richard Oshiro.
Guests: Michelle Matson (Diamond Head Neighborhood Board No.05); Lloyd Yonenaka, Dylan Whitsell, and Dylan Buck (Neighborhood Commission Office – NCO). There were 8 total attendees. Name not included if not legible on sign-in sheet, not signed in and/or not participated in discussion.

III. APPROVAL OF COMMITTEE MINUTES – [0:01:24]
Thursday, November 21, 2024 Written Summary for Video Record – [0:01:24]: [0:01:42] – Veray MOVED and Bernal SECONDED to approve the Written Summary for Video Record as written. Hearing no objections or abstentions, the motion was ADOPTED; 3-0-0 (Aye: Bernal, Melendrez, Veray; Nay: None; Abstain: None) – [0:01:50]
IV. BOARD BUSINESS – [0:02:07]
Neighborhood Commission Survey – [0:02:07]: Committee Chair Melendrez announced that the goal of this meeting and the next meeting is to go through the narratives and compile and extract those items that the committee would like to see included in the survey. Committee Chair Melendrez opened the floor for each committee member to present their findings from their assigned portions of the submitted testimony from Neighborhood Board members.
