1. Proposal to review Appendix A, Appendix B, and Part 2: Chapter 4 (these references apply to the latest Reorganized Neighborhood Plan proposal)
2. Set General Goals for the Review Process by Developing a Strategy to Review Sections of the Plan in a Specified Order.
