PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND TESTIMONY:

Due to exigent circumstances, the January 16, 2025 meeting shall be conducted as a remote meeting by interactive conference technology, as well as in-person at the Honolulu Liquor Commission (Pacific Park Plaza, 711 Kapiʻolani Boulevard, Suite 600, Honolulu, HI 96813) for those testifying before the Commission. Public testimony may also be accepted in writing. Please see the instructions below on submitting oral testimony on any scheduled matter or how to make your appearance on a scheduled matter.

If selecting the virtual option, please contact the webhost (LIQWEBHOST@honolulu.gov) to request a practice session at least 24 hours prior to the hearing and/or confirm participation through Zoom.

If any major and insurmountable technical difficulties are encountered during the meeting, the Liquor Commission will automatically recess for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore communication. The meeting will reconvene when audiovisual communication is established using the same Zoom link provided.  If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided within thirty (30) minutes after an interruption to communication, all matters will be continued for one week or to the next available hearing date.

ORAL TESTIMONY:

Oral testimony will be permitted on all matters before the Commission, subject to the following restrictions:

1. 1. In-Person:  Register with the staff at the Honolulu Liquor Commission (Pacific Park Plaza, 711 Kapiʻolani Boulevard, Suite 600, Honolulu, HI 96813)
   2. Virtual:  Register through the Zoom link (above).
   3. Each speaker is limited to a three-minute presentation.

VIEWING THE MEETING:

Members of the public may view the meeting in person at the Liquor Commission’s office (Pacific Park Plaza, 711 Kapiʻolani Blvd., Suite 600, Honolulu, HI 96813) or by internet live streaming on the Liquor Commission’s YouTube Channel (https://youtube.com/@honolululiquorcommission).
