Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (10) of this 15-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

A. Candidate Forum: Senate District 23, House District 46, House District 47
1. Each candidate will be given 2-minutes for their opening statement.
2. Written questions will be accepted during the forum and asked by the moderator for the first 1.5 hours of the forum.
3. For the last 30 minutes, it will be open mic and the public will be allowed to ask a question of any candidate.
4. Question(s) will be posed to all candidates.
5. 1-minute limit for questions / comments.
6. Candidates will be given 2-minutes to respond.
7. Each candidate will have a 1-minute wrap-up.
