I. CALL TO ORDER [0:00:22]: Chair Leialoha Tumbaga called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. Quorum was not established with 7 members present. (Note: This 9-member Board requires 5 members to establish quorum and to take official Board action.) Board members must be in-person or have video access.

III. FILLING OF VACANCIES [0:37:37]: Chair Tumbaga called for nominations to fill the one At-Large vacancy. Kumalae nominated James Soong. Gatti nominated Melba Amaral. Franklin nominated Jackie Ujano. The nominees provided a brief introduction and responded to questions. Discussion followed.

Healthy Active Aging Fair [1:08:00]: Cardenas Pintor announced the Healthy Active Aging Fair on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Jikoen Hongwanji Okinawa Memorial Hall.

Reassignment of the Transportation, Sidewalk, and S-Curve Committee [2:23:20]: Soong volunteered to chair the Transportation, Sidewalk, and S-Curve Committee.

Chair’s Report: Chair Tumbaga announced the Farrington Alumni and Community Foundation annual meeting will be on Sunday, February 23 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
