Adding an item to the agenda, however, is not permitted if (1) the item to be added is of reasonably major importance and (2) action on the item by the board will affect a significant number of persons. Determination of whether a specific matter may be added to an agenda must be done on a case-by-case basis.

3.1.1 Review: Key statistics and rationale for the resolution (growth trends, accessibility issues).
3.1.2 Discussion:
● Are the justifications balanced and comprehensive?
● Suggestions for additional data or perspectives.
3.2 Section 2: Shared-Space Solution Proposal (20 minutes)
3.2.1 Review: Recommendations for shared use of Court 6 and associated logistics.
3.2.2 Discussion:
● Does this adequately balance the needs of both groups?
● Input on court lines or placement.
● Input on scheduling fairness.
3.3 Section 3: Long-Term Development of Pickleball and Tennis Facilities (20 minutes)
3.3.1 Review: Plans for dedicated pickleball and tennis facilities, funding mechanisms, and economic impact.
3.3.2 Discussion:
● Are the long-term plans feasible and equitable?
● Location options, considerations and concerns
● Considerations for number of courts/project size
● Feedback on proposed funding options and community involvement.
4. General Feedback and Suggestions (15 minutes)
4.1 Open floor for participants to share additional thoughts or raise unresolved concerns.
5. Next Steps and Action Items (10 minutes)
5.1 Recap: Summary of agreed-upon edits and additions.
5.2 Assignments: Identify individuals/committees to incorporate revisions.
