I. CALL TO ORDER – [0:00:01]: Chair Robert Finley called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
Quorum was established with 13 members present. Note – This 17-member Board requires nine (9) members to establish a quorum and to take official Board action. Board members must be in-person or have video access.

State Candidacy – [1:59:12]: Representative Tam provided background information about himself and the work they have done to benefit the community. He is seeking re-election.
State Candidacy – [2:02:30]: Member Anderson explained why she is running for Hawaii State House of Representatives and provided background information about herself.
State Candidacy – [2:05:30]: Senator Moriwaki provided background information about herself, her accomplishments as Senator, and explained why she seeks re-election.

Waikiki Beach Improvement Update – [2:16:10]: Dolan Eversole provided a presentation on the proposed beach improvement for Waikīkī. The presentation depicts the current status of the project’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS); the timeline of the final EIS and possible construction year; Concept renders of Halekulani Beach Stabilization plan; other potential beach maintenance projects; Kawehewehe Beach restoration concept; and a potential repair of a public walkway from Halekulani to Kawehewehe Beach.
