Purpose: §2-13-101 [Neighborhood Plan of 2008, City Charter.] “Purpose. The purpose of this neighborhood plan and the neighborhood boards is to increase and assure effective citizen participation in the decisions of government.”
Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments and questions under 3 minutes. If you exceed these time periods, you may be requested by the Chair to summarize and conclude. Please silence all electronic devices.

i. Discussion on addressing traffic congestion and safety on Waiʻalae Avenue, including, but not limited to, restricting left turns on Waiʻalae Avenue going east and west directions due to traffic backups
ii. Discussion on traffic concerns on Diamond Head Road and Kapahulu Avenue
iii. Discussion on speeding and traffic calming options
