HONOLULU – The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS) is informing the public that the phone system for TheBus, and Skyline call centers (808-848-5555), as well as Handi-Van (808-456-5555) are currently unavailable. TheHandi-Van is unable to take reservations until the phone systems are back online.
Following scheduled maintenance early Tuesday morning, phone systems were unable to come back online. Technicians are currently working to restore service as soon as possible.
The HOLO card call center (808-768-4656) is still open for customers with inquiries related to payment and HOLO cards.
DTS apologies for any inconvenience to our riders, and will inform the public when phone lines are back online.
