Report a Problem / Make a Request
- Traffic signal issues: Please call the Traffic Signals Division at (808) 768-8387 or after hours call HPD to report malfunctions.
- Construction activities: Please call the Street Use section at (808) 768-8387.
For all other roadway or traffic issues, such as:
- Traffic Signs (example: stop signs, no parking signs)
- Potholes
- Street Lights
- Parking Meters
- Sidewalks
- Roadway Hazards, etc.
