Rules & Regulations
Pursuant to and by virtue of the authority set forth in Section 4-105 Revised Charter of Honolulu, the Director of Parks and Recreation of the City and County of Honolulu (DPR), subject to the approval of the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, is authorized to promulgate, amend or repeal rules and regulations affecting the public as are necessary to the performance of the function of the department.
