We will be upgrading ePlans, DPP’s electronic plans review system from Version 9.1 to Version 9.2. The system will be down from close of business on Thursday, August 1 and will be available again on the morning of Monday, August 5.

While ePlans is offline, you will not be able to access ePlans or start/submit a new permit application that requires a plan review.

Once the system is up and running, on your first login, there will be an additional step to provide information for your user profile. This will only be required once.
