Job description
The Department of Land Management (DLM) is looking to hire a Planner in its Asset Development Division. This position performs responsible and professional work in planning, organizing, and managing real property transactions for the City and County of Honolulu (City), including acquisitions, leases, grants of easements, and public private partnerships.
This position assists in evaluating potential sites to determine feasibility for acquisitions or development, and in evaluating land appraisals and project financial assessments. This position is responsible for reviewing documentation pertinent to land acquisition, including offers, title review, and ALTA survey review. This position assists with review and negotiation of public private partnership agreements, development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, licenses, and concessions agreements.

Pay: $54,984.00 – $75,252.00 per year
