Portion of Tantalus Drive closed until further notice

HONOLULU – As a result of a landslide that occurred on the mauka side of the roadway on Tuesday night, an upper portion of Tantalus Drive will remain closed until further notice. The public is advised to exercise caution while navigating the area and heed all traffic signs.

City crews will continue to evaluate the situation, and updates on the condition of the roadway will be made as soon as they become available.
