Text Message Terms and Conditions:
By participating in our program, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- You may receive text messages periodically. Message and data rates may apply when receiving texts from WorkHawaii Division.
- Text “Help” for program information and contact details.
- To opt out and stop receiving messages, text “Stop.”

- Our physical location is at 680 Iwilei Road Suite 700.
- Opt-in and opt-out data retention is for one year or 6 months after the subscriber has opted out.
- Upon request from our carrier (Verizon) for the sole purpose of auditing, WorkHawaii Division is required to share opt-in and opt-out data. The shared data includes the timestamp of consent, consent acquisition medium (Website), specific campaign for which the opt-in was provided, consumer phone number for which consent to receive messaging was granted, and the name of the individual.

Your personally identifiable information will not be disclosed or used for purposes other than those specified without your explicit consent. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please contact us, and we will promptly address your request.

Our privacy policy explains our information practices when you provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to us, whether obtained through an online form, information collection, or transaction. As a fundamental principle, WorkHawaiʻi division refrains from collecting PII about you when you visit our website unless you willingly choose to provide such information. The submission of PII through our website is voluntary, and by doing so, you grant permission to use the information for the stated purpose. However, abstaining from providing certain information may result in an inability to furnish you with the desired service.
If you opt to furnish us with PII on the website, whether through completing a web form or sending an email, we will utilize that information to assist in providing you with the requested information or service, or to respond to your message.
The information submitted is securely stored in a database accessible only to our staff. This information may be used by our staff to better provide assistance to you, as needed.
