The WorkHawaiʻi Division is committed to providing a priority of service to veterans, active members of the military, and their spouses.

Resource Center

The WorkHawaiʻi Division provides a free and accessible Computer Resource Center to all members of the public, located in Suite 700 of the Dole Cannery Office Building, and open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Multiple computer stations are designated for veterans, ensuring accessibility for job searching and career development purposes.

Hiring Events

The WorkHawaiʻi Division hosts regular Hiring Events throughout the year, welcoming both job seekers and employers at no cost. Events provide the opportunity to make one-on-one connection with eager, qualified candidates.

Co-Location with the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program

In partnership with the State of Hawaiʻi Workforce Development Division, the WorkHawaiʻi Division serves as a One-Stop Operator, offering wrap-around services to military veterans and their spouses. Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) Specialists are stationed full-time at the WorkHawaiʻi office for ease of access to their services.

Employment Navigator and Partnership Program Site

The Employment Navigator and Partnership Program (ENPP) provides one-on-one career assistance to interested transitioning service members, and their spouses, at select military installations worldwide. The WorkHawaiʻi Division is proud to be a host-site for past and present military personnel to meet with Employment Navigators.
