Four Year Area Plan on Aging
The Elderly Affairs Division (EAD) has released its four-year area plan on aging, the blueprint for EAD to create an accessible, age-friendly, person-centered, and caregiver supportive community that encourages active and healthy living across the aging continuum. The plan was developed according to the guidance issued by the State of Hawaiʻi Executive Office on Aging and its established statewide goals.
Honolulu Committee for Aging
The purpose of the Honolulu Committee on Aging (HCOA) is to advise the Mayor and the Department of Community Services Elderly Affairs Division on matters pertaining to the elderly in the City and County of Honolulu. Learn more about the committee here.
