DUTIES SUMMARY: This position processes and records payables for the department; purchases supplies and other items as authorized; reviews timesheets and leave records, and performs other fiscal and administrative tasks as assigned.

This position applies City fiscal policies and procedures, State procurement policies and procedures; requires knowledge of practices and procedures and filing systems; and has the ability to follow verbal and written instructions; and deal tactfully and effectively with others and resolve complaints.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school, and two years of clerical experience.
